Leveraging our many years of expertise in yogurt and ice cream production, as well as our manufacturing equipment, we began producing frozen yogurt in 1989. The path to commercialization involved extensive testing and improvement in a wide range of areas, including fermentation temperature and time, the number of lactic acid bacteria, overrun (air incorporation), and the selection and modification of filling machines. Through these efforts, we successfully developed our frozen yogurt product.

With a 2-year shelf life, it can be stored for a long time.

Our frozen yogurt is produced in one of Japan’s top dairy regions, using fresh milk sourced from nearby farms. We add homemade syrup to yogurt fermented with classic strains (*Lactobacillus bulgaricus* and *Streptococcus thermophilus*) to preserve its authentic taste. Enjoy not only the plain type, but also citrus and pineapple flavors.

・MANUFACTURING PROCESS Production Process

STEP 1
Mixing
Ingredients are blended to create a mix.
STEP 2
Pasteurization
The mix is pasteurized to eliminate bacteria and microorganisms.
STEP 3
Fermentation
Lactic acid bacteria are added to the pasteurized mix to produce yogurt mix.
STEP 4
Freezing
The yogurt mix is stirred and cooled to about -2°C, forming a soft-serve consistency.
STEP 5
Filling
The yogurt mix, now in a soft-serve form, is filled into containers.
STEP 6
Metal Detection and X-ray Inspection
Filled products go through metal detectors and X-ray machines to ensure no foreign objects are present.
STEP 7
Hardening
Products are frozen solid using a tunnel freezer.
STEP 8
Boxing
Finished products are packed in cartons, stored in a freezer, and prepared for shipment.
